In this day and age - due largely to the sheer volume of mass communication - the complexity and pace at which we live means life has never been so stressful. We appear to be passing through life at a frantic speed.

Peace of mind in this uncertain, anxious world is only to be had through a better understanding of ourselves and thus our own relevance to it. A twelve week course is offered to this end. This not only looks at profound principles leading to a new outlook but suggests simple steps towards living a better, more meaningful and serene life whilst unlocking our full potential.
