An Invitation to be Instructed in the Ancient Art of Meditation

"On the path to realisation, we are not required to do anything, we begin to be what we are. In order to be what we are, we have to come out of what we are not."

Learn a method of meditation that will help you to come out of what you are not, to find your true self.

The Centre of Meditation, established by the School of Practical Philosophy, is offering to teach you to meditate in a traditional way, which has its origin in the distant past but has proven to be of great benefit to thousands of practitioners in the western world in present times.

The advantages of this system are:
  • Simplicity.
  • People of all creeds and beliefs, as well as non-believers can practice it.
  • The mind is clarified.
  • Efficiency is improved.
  • Health is improved.
  • Greater happiness is experienced.
  • Contentment is found.
  • Stress is left behind.
  • Understanding deepens.
  • It leads to the truth about oneself.
For those who have previously been introduced to meditation, the course can be a useful supplement.

During term 1 of the Meditation course, students will be initiated into meditation, for which a money contribution will be requested. Thereafter, continuing tuition and group participation is offered at a fee of R 850.00 a term.
