Drama
All students of philosophy in Johannesburg are invited to join Drama classes at our Belgravia venue.

The ancient art of Drama as offered by the School of Practical Philosophy is directly related to the Teaching. No previous training or special acting ability is required, but rather, a good sense of humour and a light-hearted willingness to face challenges.

Through Drama the student will be afforded the opportunity to practice that “I am distinct from all the activity”; to act and speak the finest words with precise measure; to discover, while taking on different roles, that unchanging stillness which brings unity and melts the heart of his audience.

He will have shown them the divine: the very source of his representational art. Such a man or woman will be well-equipped to serve on the great stage of life.
